The Women’s Leadership Program Cohort 8 participants have attended two major events in April – a lunch forum about Women’s Leadership in the Public Sector and a networking event with the Women’s Political Leadership Program alumni.

The participants attended a lunch forum with Ms. Bolor-Erdene, the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications, and the Communication and Information Technology Authority chairwoman. Our distinguished guest spoke about her leadership experience with the participants over lunch. After the lunch forum, the participants were in high spirits, expressing their gratitude regarding the program activities.

“We are extremely thankful to meet such prominent leaders of different sectors. The lunch forums have taught us invaluable lessons.” -WLP Participant.

The participants attended a networking event with the Women’s Political Leadership Program Alumni on the 28th of April. The Women’s Political Leadership Program is an initiative of the Women for Change, supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Both programs have been similarly running for eight consecutive years. Representatives of the Australia Awards Mongolia attended the networking event (AAM), Zorig Foundation, Women for Change, Women’s Political Leadership Program Alumni, and WLP participants. Mrs. Enkhtuvshin Lunden, Country Program Manager of AAM, Ms. Maral Gankhuyag, Program Director of Zorig Foundation, and Ms. Anudari Ayush, Executive Director of Women for Change, officially opened the event. The groups networked while enjoying jazz musical performances, interactive games, and activities.
